Hans T. Schambye, MD PhD |
| Chairman of Rose’s Board of Directors. Dr. Schambye previously served as Gastrotech's Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Gastrotech, Dr. Schambye served as Director of Biology and Pharmacology and Head of Portfolio Management at Maxygen, a US biotech company. In 1999, Dr. Schambye co-founded ProFound Pharma A/S, a Danish biotech company, which was acquired by Maxygen in 2000. Previously, Dr. Schambye was a project manager at Novo Nordisk and a Postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University. He has also worked as a hospital doctor mainly within gastroenterology. Dr. Schambye holds an MD from Odense University and a PhD in Medical Sciences from Copenhagen University. |

Michael Forer, BA DIPL LLB |
| Mr. Forer co-founded BML in February 2001, following his tenure at Rothschild (1998-2001). Prior to joining Rothschild, Mr. Forer was a co-founder of ECI Medical Technologies Inc. (1992-1998). At ECI, Mr Forer was responsible for raising significant venture capital and private finance, the scale up of patented technology into an FDA approved 24/7 manufacturing facility, international product development and distribution initiatives with leading multinational companies, and the recruitment of professional management. Mr Forer subsequently assisted the financiers of ECI in the successful turnaround of NeoCon International Inc. (1997-1998), an innovative but near bankrupt venture capital backed business in the automotive sector. |

Prof. Dr. Olle Isaksson |
| Dr. Isaksson has served as Chairman and Chief Physician, Department of Internal Medicine since October 1997 and a Professor of endocrinology since October 1989 at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden. Dr. Isaksson currently serves on the board of directors for CAPIO AB, a public health care services company, as well as Havsfrun AB, Neomarkka OY AB and Norvestia OY AB, each an investment management company and Tercica Medica Inc. a San Francisco based biotech company. Dr. Isaksson received his Ph.D. degree in physiology and M.D. from the University of Gôteborg. |

Florian Schönharting |
| Florian Schönharting is co-founder and partner of Nordic Biotech. Mr. Schönharting is a pioneer in biotechnology investments and has more than 13 years of investment experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. Mr. Schönharting was been responsible for 20+ biotechnology investments, including Biomarin Inc., Bavarian Nordic Research Institute, Pharmexa, Pyrosequencing, Glyko Biomedical, and seedfunding Genmab A/S, Profound Pharma A/S (Maxygen Inc.) and Zealand Pharma A/S. Mr. Schönharting received a master's degree in business economics (finance) from the Copenhagen Business School, and was given the McKinsey & Co award for best-of-year student. |

Christian Hansen |
| Christian Hansen is co-founder and partner of Nordic Biotech. Dr. Hansen has a background as a biotech entrepreneur, biotech intellectual property rights expert and business development executive, combined with a scientific career. He has been actively involved in biotech investment since the late 1990’s. From 2000 to 2001 Dr. Hansen was President of Maxygen's Protein Pharma Division, and Managing Director of its Danish subsidiary Maxygen ApS. From 1999 to 2000, Dr. Hansen was CEO and founder of ProFound Pharma A/S, a Danish start-up company focused on developing 2nd generation protein pharmaceuticals. The company was sold to Maxygen, Inc. one year after inception for stock worth about USD 75 mill. From 1992 to 1999, Dr. Hansen held executive positions at Novo Nordisk A/SDr. Hansen holds an MSc (1989) in chemical engineering, a PhD (1992) in molecular biology/biochemistry and an MBA. |

Charles Woler |
|
Charles has spent the last 29 years in the healthcare industry, both in large pharmaceutical companies, SMEs and increasingly in smaller, earlier stage companies. His experience encompasses prescription drugs, OTC, diagnostics and biotech.
Before joining Endotis Pharma in June 2007, Charles was founder and CEO of Neuro3d, a VC backed biotech company focusing on psychiatric disorders, which was merged with Evotec OIE in May 2007.
Since 1976 he has worked with the Pharma industry in senior positions at Warner Lambert and Akzo Pharma, he became General Manager, France, of Roche, and then Chairman of Smithkline Beecham's European pharmaceutical business. Then he moved to the biotech industry in the US to become CEO of Cadus Pharmaceuticals, a NASDAQ listed biotech company.
By training Charles is a Medical Doctor and holds a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology and an MBA. He has worked both in the US and in Europe, and is fluent in French and English |
